What affects your quote
Size, condition, Standard or Deep scope, remaining furniture and extras affect pricing. Baseboards, interior windows and appliance interiors are excluded from Standard Move-Out. Deep Move-Out includes those areas along with cabinet and drawer interiors, doors, trim, fixtures and high-touch areas.

Does move-out cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. We provide the cleaning scope you approve. Deposit decisions depend on the lease, damage, other charges and the property manager's requirements. Share the cleaning requirements so we can identify what fits the requested service.
Should the home be empty for a move-out clean?
An empty home makes it easier to access floors, cabinets and other surfaces. Tell us about any items that will remain and whether power and water will be available. We will review access and timing before the visit.
Are fridge, oven and cabinet interiors included?
Yes, in Deep Move-Out. Appliance and cabinet interiors can also be requested as extras with Standard Move-Out. We confirm the selected scope in your quote so the same work is not charged twice.
Can I request service outside Atlanta?
Yes. Tell us the city and ZIP code in your request. We review requests elsewhere in Georgia based on the location, service scope and scheduling needs, and confirm whether we can take the job before you book.
