Day porter service focuses on upkeep and touch-ups during property operations. Office janitorial service follows an agreed cleaning schedule for workspaces, restrooms, floors and waste care. The two can be scoped separately for the same property.
Does day porter service include maintenance repairs?
Our porter checklist covers cleaning and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management. Repairs and technical maintenance are not part of that cleaning scope.
